I’ve been buried in my graphic novel since Wednesday. The light is at the end of the tunnel after a year of work, which is pushing me on to work harder. Last night I saw more of the colors that Danny is doing (he colors up blood surprisingly well.) This week, I’ve got to pull back a little to work on commissions and get more headway on one or two of the 7 sketch card sets I have sitting on my table at the studio.
I’ll have more sketches up this week, but first here’s a piece I did a couple years ago. I bought some cheap bamboo brushes and thrashed them to pieces doing all the vines.
